The high art of sheet-steel garden furniture – punched, deep-drawn and welded
Handling metal in an innovative way is the manufacturer’s core competence. ‚Pattern‘ is once again proof of that ability. Doesn’t the filigree steel-metal chair look like it was shaped out of one single piece? But if you look closer, you will find that seen from a structural angle this is not possible. The seat shell and supporting structures are, in fact, deep-drawn and welded in separate processes. It is due to a special welding process that this results in surfaces that are almost seamless and in verticals with an extreme loadbearing capacity. But apart from the perfect one-piece illusion the punched decor, playing on the hexagon theme, is a real eye-catcher.
