Eine Wanne der besonderen Art

Genk/B,
Standing Waves
A special kind of tub
Imagine lying on the beach with your feet in the ebbing waves, your head in the sand. Then you will know what the designers of ‚Ben in Bath‘ urged to evolve this tub. The wash basin at the hairdresser’s also played a model role and, small wonder, the hammam.
Anyway, the result of it all is that this flat wavy tub needs only a minimum of water to lap around your body (95 litres instead of the usual 150 to 300), and that your contemplative bathing pleasure will be prolonged thanks to an external heater ensuring that you don’t have to add hot water all the time.
Your children, too, will be delighted because they can splash around in the shallow water like on holiday. An overflow, unobtrusively integrated behind the mountainous waves, prevents floods and other serious consequences. All you will have to do is to accommodate the space-consuming acrylic landscape. An object of this size (265 x 155 x 45/83 cm) needs a lot of space in your bathroom ambience, plus you will have to add a small podium and install the drain. Otherwise just put it up in the garden!
