Taken to Extremes
A sideboard range of scalene triangular and square modules
In architecture, the sharp, pointed edge and the change of direction resembling a ship’s bow is a well-known motif. In the manufacture of cabinet furniture, however, it is a new feature, consequently opening up new opportunities in dealing with space and storage space.
Standing on the floor or hung up on the wall, ‘Monolit‘ seems to grow out of the wall. Or it takes the shape of a combination standing freely in the room. In any given living-room ambience the design leeway is enormous seeing that there are 17 different module shapes and sizes; even passages or corners can be ideally furnished and will gain in terms of quality. The storage space offered is amazing, judging from the compact look of the carcasses tapering to sharp ends in a flat angle. Clarity and access are made easier thanks to the continuously changing depth behind the asymmetrically divided doors. All basic, add-on and centre elements convince with their perfect processing and individual configurations. Deviating from what its name suggests, the range supports mobility in the room.
