Taku Kumazawa Fab. Aichi Co. Ltd., Nagoya/J,

A stackable multi-purpose chair with various seats and backs
‚Tipo‘ attracts attention unobtrusively. True, it is not the only stackable multi-purpose chair with a runner frame, but its outlines and the shape of its seat and back arouse curiosity. You will detect beautiful details on the plastic frame and in the combination of steel and polypropylene. The seat area is optionally covered with netting, which makes for a lightweight visual impression. Other features adding to the lightweight appearance are broad openings in the upper and lower backrest area and the use of tube sections instead of solid frame parts. The highly elastic characteristics of the steel tubing see to the pleasantly springy effect of ‚Tipo‘. In sum, the innate elasticity of the backrest and its design plus the advantages afforded by the seat netting provide much seating comfort. Variants of this interesting chair are equipped with a backrest netting or a back shell without the opening mentioned above.
