Oblique Element
Slotted steel panel converts into shelf in no time
It should report to work quickly and without fuss. That is why you can simply lean the ‚Lisca‘ shelf for books and CDs against the wall, keeping a distance of 45 cm from the skirting board to ensure risk-free stability. If you want to put up the 198 x 20 cm panel of 2 mm thick steel in parallel to the wall, you will need only one screw to fix it on its upper end. The load will always be diverted via the two small feet to the ground. The four angled elements are always mounted at the same defined inclination but can otherwise be fixed anywhere, making the 30 cm deep shelf surprisingly sturdy. A third variation is offered by the combination of two panels that are put up like a stepladder – at a distance at the bottom and joined together at the top.
