The “Canvas“ of Cooks
Crockery is the stage for individual styles of serving food. Top restaurateurs working as designers for top gastronomers.
Professional cooks know well from their own experience what is important when it comes to high-class crockery for top gastronomers. In this case, impulses came from Sven Elverfeld of ‚Aqua‘ in Wolfsburg, Nils Henkel of ‚Lerbach‘ in Bergisch-Gladbach and Tim Raue from Berlin, which were implemented by designer Mikaela Dörfel to make up the ‚Blanc‘ porcelain range – a technically and formally highly sophisticated dishware range complete with a striking sauce boat and cloche. All of it is pure white so that food arrangements come into their own like on a canvas. Some leeway for variations is afforded by combining plates with various depths and edge widths or by putting fully glazed and partly matt plates next to each other, which are all available in both versions. All pieces are made in a manufactory, and the unusual diameter of up to 32 cm underlines the handcrafted precision.
