Steely Retro Look
High-tech kitchen with matt-rough black steel-sheet fronts
Only the material and a memory of the good old times are the common features of grandma’s iron stove and the ‚Minà‘ cooking island. But is there anybody today who would like to heat water in a stove? So you will find state-of-the art kitchen technology behind the retro-look flair of the matt-rough powder-coated black steel surface and the control wheels lacquered in glaring red. It’s a kitchen island with a difference and with generous dimensions, namely 278 x 128 x 82 cm. And it was much talked about at Eurocucina, where it was presented in an exemplary configuration composed of individual modules of 70 or 105 cm width and 82 cm height, with a surrounding railing and made of a special kind of cast stone in terracotta, white, grey, blue or green. For the high cabinets clear contrasts are recommended, for instance the rough-sawn fronts of the ‘natural skin‘ range.
